Automation

Process Automation & RPA

Automate repetitive rules-based work across systems that cannot yet be replaced or integrated cleanly.

Discuss this service

What we do

We automate repetitive, rules-based tasks that require staff to move information between applications. Robotic process automation can interact with desktop or browser screens when a dependable API is unavailable. Suitable tasks have clear steps, predictable inputs and exceptions that can be identified and passed to a person.

We assess the process before automating it, including whether a simpler integration or process change would be easier to maintain. Where screen automation fits, we design how the robot signs in, validates information, records progress and stops safely when an unexpected screen appears. Changes to the underlying applications are included in the maintenance plan.

Transfer approved records into an older application

A robot could take a queue of checked records, enter them into a legacy desktop system and record the resulting reference numbers. It can flag records that fail validation for staff review. Restart handling should distinguish completed entries from unfinished ones so an interrupted run does not create duplicates.

How we deliver this service

We observe the task and document decision rules, volumes and exception cases. A pilot tests representative inputs and interruptions before scheduled runs are introduced. Staff receive a way to review failures, pause processing and recover work, with clear responsibility for updates when screens or login flows change.
