COMPANY

UK roots. A team built for what comes next.

We build software, AI agents and automation for UK clients and businesses worldwide. Our engineering team is based in Nigeria; our commitment to the UK market continues.

The story

In 2022, the engineering team moved to Nigeria. The UK remains our primary market, and we continue to serve UK clients while supporting businesses in Nigeria and other international markets.

Netklip Software Limited is registered in Nigeria as RC 1959359.

We are a small company ready to take on substantial engineering challenges. We shape complex applications, AI agents and automation into achievable stages, with clear responsibilities, testing and direct communication. Project scope, capacity and specialist support are agreed before work begins.

How we turn experience into useful delivery

Understand before building

We connect a project to the people who will use it and the process it must support. Discovery makes the records, decisions and exceptions visible so the proposed system has a clear purpose.

Make progress reviewable

Working demonstrations, code review and agreed acceptance criteria give clients a way to check direction during delivery. Open questions and dependencies are recorded so they can be resolved by the right person.

Prepare for life after launch

Deployment, monitoring, documentation and handover are part of planning the system. We agree who will operate it and how support or further improvements can be arranged.

Clear responsibilities on both sides

A project needs a business owner who can set priorities and engineers who can explain the implications of technical choices. We agree those responsibilities at the start, alongside design, testing and release ownership.

The mix of skills depends on the work. A reporting project needs access to people who understand the records; a mobile application needs representative users and devices; an integration needs cooperation from the owners of the connected systems.

We work with existing client teams and suppliers where a project depends on their knowledge. The delivery approach should make that collaboration visible rather than leave it to assumptions.

See how the work fits together

Our service pages explain what we can provide, while the solution examples show how individual capabilities can form a complete business workflow.
