AI Agents & System Automation
AI agents and workflow automation connected to your knowledge and business systems, with secure tool use and human oversight.
Discuss this serviceWhat we do
Netklip develops AI agents and automation for UK businesses and international organisations. We connect language models to approved knowledge, business applications and clearly defined tools, so an agent can retrieve information, propose a plan and carry out permitted steps in a workflow. Suitable work includes internal knowledge assistants, service-request triage, document processing, operational coordination and assisted customer support.
We design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling and workflow orchestration around the task rather than granting unrestricted access. Read and write permissions, human approvals, timeouts, retry limits and exception handling are explicit. Higher-impact actions can remain subject to a person's approval.
Security and evaluation are part of the build. We separate untrusted document content from instructions, constrain tool access, protect secrets and record the agent's actions. Representative test cases check correctness, source grounding, failure handling, latency and operating costs. Monitoring and a safe fallback help the team manage the system after launch.
An operations agent with people in control
An illustrative agent could read a new service request, retrieve relevant guidance, identify missing information and prepare an update in a CRM. A staff member approves the proposed change before it is committed. Ambiguous requests and failed integrations enter a review queue, and the workflow records what happened. This is a possible design, rather than a reported client result.
How we deliver this service
We assess one workflow and agree its boundaries, representative data and success criteria. A focused pilot tests retrieval and tool behaviour before expansion. We then implement permissions, human review, repeatable evaluations, deployment and operational monitoring. A simpler rules-based automation is considered where it meets the requirement more reliably.
