Website privacy information
This page explains how information moves through the Netklip website when you plan a project or send an enquiry.
Who to contact
The website presents the services of Netklip Software Limited, registered in Nigeria as RC 1959359. For questions about your information, email Email Netklip. Branch contact details are available on our contact page.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, region and project message. You may also provide your organisation, telephone number, service interest and indicative budget. The project planner asks about your goal, project stage, intended users and any additional context you choose to share.
A brief or supporting document is optional. It may contain information about you or other people, so include only what is needed to explain the project. Please do not upload passwords, payment card details or unrelated personal records.
What happens when you use the planner
Continuing from the project planner transfers your answers to the enquiry form, where you can review and edit them before sending. An attached file is uploaded at the point you continue, even if you later leave without submitting the enquiry.
New uploads that are not attached to a submitted enquiry are marked as pending and become eligible for automatic removal after 24 hours. The cleanup runs periodically, so removal is not immediate. Documents attached to submitted enquiries are retained for follow-up; contact us to request their removal.
How an enquiry is handled
Submitted enquiries are stored so the team can review the request and respond. The website also attempts to send the enquiry details and any attached brief to the Netklip enquiry mailbox through the configured email service. If that notification fails, the enquiry remains recorded and the page provides a direct contact address.
Your contact details, project description and documents help us understand the work you are asking about and discuss an appropriate next step. Website hosting, file storage and email services are involved in handling that information.
Essential website functions and external resources
The forms use essential security and session cookies. Planner answers are kept temporarily in a server-side session; the cookie identifies that session and does not contain the brief. Blocking these cookies can prevent the form or attachment handover from working correctly. Temporary planner sessions expire after two hours of inactivity and may end when the application restarts.
Spam protection uses a session cookie, short-lived form tokens and temporary records of used tokens. Repeated form attempts are limited using the client network address seen by the server. These checks run before an enquiry is saved or an attachment is stored.
The site retrieves layout styles, icons and navigation scripts from jsDelivr. Your browser connects to that provider to load these resources. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy information.
Questions about storage, access or removal
To ask how long an enquiry or uploaded brief is held, which providers handle it, or to request access, correction or removal, contact Email Netklip. Include the email address used for the enquiry and its approximate date so the relevant records can be located.
