Product Design & UX
Research, product planning and interface design before expensive development begins.
Discuss this serviceWhat we do
Netklip helps turn a product idea or a difficult user experience into a design that can be discussed and tested. We investigate what people are trying to achieve, where they get stuck and what information they need. The result is a clearer product direction before substantial engineering work begins.
The service can include discovery workshops, interviews, journey mapping, wireframes and interactive prototypes. We design the main task alongside the less visible states: empty results, validation errors, interrupted journeys and unavailable actions. Content, accessibility and technical constraints are considered together so the proposed interface is useful as well as visually consistent.
Test a booking journey before building it
A prototype can show how a customer selects a service, enters details, understands the price and confirms a booking. Representative users can try the sequence and explain points of confusion. This helps the team identify missing information or unnecessary steps while changes are still relatively inexpensive.
How we deliver this service
We agree the research questions and work with relevant users or stakeholders to examine them. Early sketches become a prototype, which is refined using feedback. The handover explains interaction behaviour, component states and open decisions so developers can implement the design with fewer assumptions.
